gem sky world is the project will launch on december, as i knew this area and researched about the project. the project’s area is adaptable connections to the city core and functional. there positioned is not too hustle but still convenient, for facility surround is an ideal, there is close to many academic institutions; resident will able to have a convenient living and accessibility by supermarket and drugstore nearby. as i research about the project’s house, i think it’s a classy and comfortable house. so, this project could be one of interesting project and really livable.

i just looking for the new apartment to stay near my company and found this one that nearly finish. i could say that it was located in a nice location due to near with a main road. the design of building is also nice with a swimming pool is surrounded with tress and building. i think it’s quite privacy. even the apartment is near with the road, as everyone knew that it so hustle and bustle in vietnam but the design it will help me to feel relax when i stayed here.

gem sky world is a villa and housing project just outside of ho chi minh city. with two kids right now, it is better to stay in a villa project and in a mega residential community then apartment. ho chi minh city is very big. but with having a private vehicle is easy to travel around. gem sky world model homes are like homes similar to europe with beautiful design. a big home with beautiful design with lots of amenities for parents and children to live a healthy and happy family lifestyle is great.

i lived in hanoi for 5 years and the city never sleeps. it always buzzing with new cafes new walking streets, and new shopping area. bien hoa, dong mai in hanoi is a peaceful district. the community center has lots of park and recreation activities. the district is mainly an educational district, so the area is more luxury and catering to school children. the peaceful ambiance, and the modern infrastructure makes it a fantastic area to live in hanoi.

it is just like having your own personal private island. just across ho chi minh city, swan bay feels like a different country. like staying in france, its very quiet, peaceful, and calming. my family and i enjoy the resort and holiday home style. golf course is just at my doorstep and overlooking the river and ho chi minh city is indescribable. a four-bedroom riverside villa is big, modern, and comes with a private garden for more golfing. it is luxurious with all modern amenities. a perfect luxury holiday home for my family.

the landscape of aqua city is so big with many amenities and greenery area which is make me and family feel relax. we love to take a deep breath at look the beautiful view at the balcony of our room. you can ride a bicycle or waling at the wide bicycle trail and jogging track. the car parking is also convenient for owner and visitor. the location is also great, it is near with the river and the road that will easy to commute.

i think aqua city must be impress people by their landscape and environment. the project most special point is lush and greenery atmosphere that be the majority of the project’s aesthetic, this could get along well with classic western design house. these could be one of the best relaxing spaces, this qualification is serving professional life as well as their prime location that provide accessibility and convenient transportation both public and private.

it is simple to travel around: ring road 3 runs directly in front of the king bay development. it takes about 20 minutes to get there from downtown ho chi minh city. it's peaceful to live here because it's near the river and has a direct view of it. the apartment is quite large, modern, and luxurious. it's a wonderful place to live. it's also reasonably priced.

three years been living in ho chi minh and the city is always buzzing. you can find everything in ho chi minh city but its quite scatter around until moving to dong nai province. a bit further away from the city center and work place but everything is in the new urban center., from shopping centers to schools to the many i mean many parks, and recreation activities to keep you busy. the food around dong mai is amazing, its more traditional to vietnam cuisine, which i love as vietnam food is healthy and delicious. a peaceful ambiance with everything you need in the new urban district and a calm environment to stay in hcmc.

aqua city by it name suggested is basically a city by itself. it is beautiful and makes me feel like i am one a holiday 24/7. the town is just beautiful with the river surrounding, boats on the marina, and walking along the river is good relax time after work. a 3-bedroom house is good for my family. the schools are near too and to get to work is easy as the highway it right outside aqua city. the facilities in the house are modern and luxury looking. i feel like i am staying in the south of europe, not south of ho chi minh. all important grocery shopping is at aqua central mall. everything is wonderful and close by.
