the golf residences have been in the business for so long. the golf condominium and townhouses are located in the middle of green landscape. i love to read on my ipad while watching the sunset at my balcony. the amenities are fine but not so impressive. i still like that these residences are close by the trump golf club. it also has the supermarkets around the community. the skate park in the community is very useful for outdoor exercising.

나는 damac hills를 향해 타는 것을 정말로 즐깁니다. 이 커뮤니티는 다소 국제적입니다. 많은 외국인들이 이곳에 살고 있습니다. orchid 아파트는 미국의 호화로운 동네와 같은 느낌을 제공합니다. 트럼프 골프장과의 거리가 매우 짧고 첨단 골프 액세서리가 많습니다. 이곳의 시설은 신선한 재료를 쇼핑할 수 있는 슈퍼마켓처럼 매우 실용적입니다. 커뮤니티에는 내 딸이 기뻐할지도 모르는 아이스 스케이팅 장소도 있습니다.

rochester residents have access to a variety of excellent amenities and facilities. the residences are nestled among lush green landscapes, brooks, and streams. this makes rochester a wonderful area to live for those who enjoy the outdoors. it is famous among golfers due to its close to the trump international golf club. the villas have a maid's room on the ground floor, a living and dining room, en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom, a guest toilet, and a private garden.

nice place to stay within an active neighborhood

best experience so far in damac hills. here rochester villas by damac is a nice place and secure estate to live within the natural atmosphere. there are good security management and an excellent community with facilities and features which are way beyond anything that is offered by other areas. i always sense peace with deluxe and modern villas. so, if you are one of the nature-loving people and like to enjoy the vibrant city life within easy reach like me, rochester villas by damac is the best one.
