this review is based on a one bedroom experience and most is relevant to the building itself pros: 1- nice colors finishings 2- available markets around gives access to on spot groceries 3- double glassed windows, gives complete sense of quietness 4- availability of maintenance team on spot, as some reside in the building 5- the building is handled by one management company, avoids you handling a hassle with the owner directly (one owner for the whole building) 6- mainly families so you wont be bothered by bachelors parties 7- main bathrooms are bathtub equipped which also defines the space 8- parking spaces available outside the building - this is beneficial if you have 2 cars 9- most balconies have an open space view 10- as of 2022 no neighboring construction - no construction noises cons: 1- tenants crowd, garbage thrown in the parking all the time 2- cleanliness of building after 3 years is different 3- cockroaches in corridors (this appeared after 1.5 years of the building age) - this also reflects on residents and can affect you as they roam for shelter before winter 4- dirty elevators - also reflects on the crowd and the attention of management company to such details 5- fire alarm goes off several times, without a fire being there 6- thin walls can be annoying if someone is having a party, which is minimal since most of the buildings residents are families 7- kids play in corridors - can be noisy unless you ask patents nicely 8- no family or playing area only pool - no space for kids to play 9- tiny balconies for 1 bedrooms 10- windows cannot be easily cleaned - always look dusty 11- tiny closets in 1 bedrooms barely fits 1 person a couple will definitely need to buy another closet 12- having stores under might be a disadvantage as cars are always stopping jamming the side road that leads to the parking entrance 13- kitchen fixtures is of poor quality and cupboards doors come off every now and then 14- cleanliness is not a very important subject for the building management, neither it is for the type of tenants residing, corridors will be left dirty, papers thrown in elevators, trash leaks through corridors.

for my first home in dubai and ever, it is an amazing place to start. the apartment is nice, very spacious for its size, and affordable. the apartment is great for my age, someone single. a big bedroom area for 1-bedroom. many small zones to create a work station, a play-station area, and movie area. traveling can be a bit annoying sometimes. as public transports is quite far away so i need to walk towards al barsha. but overall very happy with the purchase and cant wait till 2025.

hamiton house is one of the stylish apartment in dubai. the location is everything. in the middle of jvc and dubai city. on the right i have dubai sports city to live a healthy lifestyle. at the left is emirates hills to go golfing overlooking dubai skyline. towards the east is al barsha where all the schools are when me and my girlfriend decide to have kids. the apartment is spacious, very beautiful design for white and grey color palette and touch. just a very good, affordable apartment in the middle of dubai city.

dubai is a luxurious place. however you can find great hidden gems in dubai as well. with fazwaz uae agents we found a gem at luma21. a affordable yet luxurious apartment in jvc as well. jvc is a great community in dubai. a quiet place, yet not to far off from the city center. a good place to start a family with my girlfriend. the 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, affordable for the price, with shining white marble floors. modern furniture as well, with some minilist design. sometimes luxury does not have to be more than a million us dollar. luma21 is a beautiful, luxurious location dubai.

well, there is not much to say about jumeirah village cirlce. i live here for 6 years now and love the community. well, i love it now because i have a car as its easier to travel. but mate, you know jvc has everything. i like to go for cricket at dubai sports city just a short drive away. for grocery shopping is easy even traveling to work is easy to business bay. now i need a home and found it here. very easy payment plan, which i need not to stress. the model 1-bedroom looks beautiful especially the ktichen with an american style bar to have fun. the miami vibes are cool, just need to buy sunglasses now. good choice!!

marriott residences is located in a very good location of dubai. in jvc is amazing to live in a beautiful location, as it is very easy to commute and drive to all places in dubai. the model 1 bedroom apartment is beautiful, with marble floors, big sofa, big kitchen, and a very big master bedroom. everything is bigger and spacious. lots of facilities in the apartment and around the apartment they are plenty of recreational establisments such as cricket ground, football field, gym, and fitness to led a healthy and active lifestyle. however public transportation are less, so like if they are heavy rain that can be a bit for problem. but if you have a private car it is amazing.

jvc에 있는 binghatti luna 아파트는 이 지역에서 찾을 수 있는 가장 가치 있는 아파트 중 하나입니다. 두바이의 모든 구석으로 놀라운 연결성을 제공하는 두바이의 중앙 위치. 침실 1개짜리 아파트는 매우 넓으며 일하고 휴식을 취할 수 있는 훌륭한 공간을 제공합니다. 발코니에는 멋진 두바이 스카이라인을 감상하며 휴식을 취할 수 있는 작은 커피 테이블이 있습니다.

i live in dubai for 6 years and working here and want to call it home now. finally found a perfect home in dubai. the price is very reasonable for its location. business bay is just 10 minutes away. jvc basically have everythinig to offer from viva supermarkets, to jumeirah golf estates to tee off every weekend. the 2-bedroom apartment is just beautiful. with colors of warmth, and inspired by the dessert you just feel so happy coming back home. as a low-rise from the units you can see much green parks, a beautiful swimming pool, and a view of burj khalifa from a far too.
