the villa is in a quiet environment suitable for relaxation. the fully furnished villa has three spacious bedrooms and a private pool. it is a good place for the party. everyone would be happy for sure. the location is quiet, but you must have a car to travel around because the villa is quite far from other facilities and tourist attractions.

our daughter gets to study at silpakorn university, and she needs to move to live in phetchaburi. so, we were looking for a house for her as well as a family vacation home. i visited the project, which will be completed soon. the project is close to the university, only 4 minutes away by car, and beaches like cha am beach and hua hin beach. the villa looks modern and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living space, and a living room that is divided into perfect proportions. there are 2 swimming pools, 1 for adults and 1 for kids. furthermore, the price is reasonable compared to pool villas in other tourist locations. it is extremely impressive.

i graduated from bangkok and returned to my home in hua hin for 3 years to work. i want to buy a house to build stability for myself. i've looked at many projects, but my friend recommended this project because the price is reasonable. the house design is simple and modest. then, i have booked the house with three bedrooms, and it will take about seven months to build a house, or maybe it will be finished before. however, i can inspect the construction process anytime. the road in the project is also extensive. driving cars in opposite directions is easy, making the project look airy and non-crowded. the staff and the security guards are so friendly. i wish i could meet nice neighbors. although the project here is small, there is a large communal pool with sunbeds for the residents. i feel impressed!

project location into the alley quite deep but the project has been taken care of. the central part has a security guard and a communal swimming pool. the house has both a one-story and two-story style.

beautiful condo, building divided on two sides (north and south) there is a long pool in the middle, flanking the two buildings to the sheraton hotel area. you can use the fitness and facilities from the hotel. there is a 24-hour security system, opposite the fn outlet. there are restaurants not far from the official or you can eat from the hotel. next to petchkasem road comfortable travel

저는 개인 수영장이 있는 침실 3개, 욕실 3개가 있는 집을 샀습니다. 그 당시에 저는 모든 기능을 갖춘 집의 경우 흔치 않은 가격인 재판매 주택도 좋은 가격에 샀습니다. 방콕에서 멀지 않고 어디든 가기 편리합니다. 저는 일 때문에 방콕으로 자주 가야 합니다. 또한 후아힌 공항과 가까워서 여기서 집을 사기로 했습니다. 제 아이들과 아내는 쇼핑몰과 편의점이 가까워서 지루할 때 갈 수 있어서 이곳을 좋아합니다. 전반적으로 학교와 병원이 가까워서 가족에게 훌륭하고 완벽하다고 생각합니다. 그 외에도 프로젝트 시설이 훌륭하고 경비원들이 친절하고 책임감이 강하며 일하는 동안 잠들지 않습니다. 저는 항상 그들에게 간식을 가져다 줍니다. 여기 집은 조용하고 붐비지 않기 때문에 휴가용 주택에 적합하다고 생각합니다. 중요한 것은 가격도 합리적입니다.

분위기는 매우 만족스럽습니다. 콘도는 차암 해변과 후아힌 공항에 접근할 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 주요 도로에서 멀지 않아 여행이 편리합니다. 마을은 조용하고 안전합니다. 이웃들은 친절합니다. 그들 대부분은 집을 구입하고 때때로 휴가를 위해 왔습니다. 경비원이 일을 아주 잘 해줬어요. 또 좋은 점은 푸켓, 파타야 등 다른 해변 지역에 비해 매매가격이 전혀 비싸지 않아서 가족 별장으로 침실 3개, 욕실 2개 빌라를 구입하기로 결정했습니다. 빌라는 잘 디자인되어 있고, 낭만적이고, 매력적이며, 균형이 잘 잡혀 있고, 통풍이 잘 됩니다. 올 때마다 에너지가 충전되는 느낌이 들며, 휴가를 위해 집을 찾는 분들에게 꼭 추천하고 싶습니다.

i came on vacation with my friends for 5-6 people. we chose to stay here because the atmosphere is quiet. it is very suitable for leisure, and the price is reasonable. so, we chose a house with 3 bedrooms, the area was spacious and easy to get around. i secretly thought that the room must be old and unattractive, but when we got there, it was surprising. the room was very beautiful, clean, private, and safe. also, it is close to the city, and the atmosphere around the project is shady. therefore, for anyone who wants to take a quality vacation, you won't be disappointed, and you can recharge your batteries.
