i bought a one-bedroom room here for renting out. it is fully furnished, including air conditioning, tv, refrigerator and more. the project also gives us facilities and management like a 5-star hotel. my tenant responds very well because the location is next to thong krut beach with a stunning sea view. moreover, the staff here are very professional and provide excellent service to customers. overall, it is considered an excellent value for investment.

i relocated to koh samui to work, and i've been here for 2 years. then, i have enough money to buy a condo with a 1 bedroom unit, with the unit area being about 50 sq.m. because there are only 21 units, i adore this apartment. the ambiance is described as pleasant, calm, and uncrowded. with its proximity to the shore, i can walk a few feet to the beach and swim. the facilities are complete, including a communal pool, a gym, and guards. i always exercise at the gym because i'm a healthy lover. as for the guards and staff, they are very friendly. i always bring them snacks. the location is close to several wonderful and reasonably priced street food restaurants. it is also near a 7-eleven convenience store, within a few steps. besides, the location provides a convenient journey.
