i've lived here for over 2 years. it's a very luxurious condo. the room i live in is a penthouse with 4 bedrooms. i wanted my mother and sister to stay with me, so i decided to buy this room. the decoration of the room is very beautiful. the furniture looks classy. in addition, the project is near ratchadamri mrt, allowing me to go anywhere more conveniently. and it is near central world and siam paragon as well.

이 콘도는 저층 콘도입니다. 그러나 위치는 훌륭합니다. 콘도는 골목 끝이 아닌 곳에 위치해 있습니다. bts 플런칫역까지 도보로 1분 정도 걸을 수 있고, 근처에 센트럴 칫롬 같은 유명 백화점도 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 자가용을 이용하시면 대부분의 골목이 일방통행이라 조금 힘들 수 있으나 고속도로와 가까워요. 프로젝트의 디자인은 매우 현대적입니다. 객실에는 홈 자동화 시스템이 있습니다. 또한, 사용 가능한 면적이 36~134㎡에 이르는 다양한 유형의 객실을 선택할 수 있습니다. 또한 공용 공간은 표준 콘도로 이용 가능합니다.

last week, my mom and i visited this development as our condo contract is about to expire, and we're looking for a new one. the day i went there with my mom, we looked at the duplex 3 bedrooms show unit, and mom was so happy because the room had a spacious area, comfortable and overlooked the stunning views from the mirror walls. for the common area, it is full of facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, and sauna. also, what is so amazing is it's close to the emporium, emquater, and the bts skytrain!

amazing apartment in the heart of bangkok

i stayed in the unit for almost two years and i love it every second of it. situated in one of the iconic soi of bangkok, one of the leaviest soi i must say in bangkok, just steps away from an amazing supermarket and shopping center with access to international food and groceries. the owner is very well accommodating and communicative and paying attention to our needs while staying there. it has very clean pool, tennis court and cute gym and boxing / pilates studio. cant expect more.

living at somkid gardens was an unforgettable experience. the location is unmatched, the facilities are rare on the market in such a central area (huge pool, bit tennis court, basketball court, garden...). but most of all, the atmosphere is unique. building and facilities are stylish by their simplicity. being known as the best building in town for decades, without aging, this property has demonstrated the quality of its management, which is the first thing one has to consider before buying or renting a property in bangkok. this is where i plan to retire one day, no doubt about it.

프로젝트의 위치는 완벽합니다. 도심에 살고 싶은 사람들을 위한 답입니다. 쇼핑몰, 레스토랑, 카페 등 편의시설이 주변에 위치하고 있으며, 자가용은 물론 도보로 단 몇 분 거리에 있는 bts를 이용하여 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 이 프로젝트는 우아하고 고급스럽습니다. 주민들은 이곳의 공용 공간을 완전히 이용할 수 있습니다. 그리고 보안 시스템이 높습니다. 이곳에 사는 것은 매우 안심이 된다고 말할 수 있습니다. 객실 내부는 잘 꾸며져 있으며 가격 대비 좋은 가치를 제공합니다. 나는 내가 지불한 가격에 놀라지 않습니다.

location, location, location ! just a short walk from all the goodies: 5 min to bts chitlom, 4 min to central chitlom / central embassy and its fantastic supermarket and restaurants.10 min to bumrungrad hospital, 20 min to lumpini park. the swimming pool is a quiet heaven and the garden an oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the city. perfect place to relax and still be in the middle of it all. the building, the lobby, and the garden are thoughtfully designed and lovingly maintained. i enjoy the place every time i come to visit.

the project is located in an excellent location of the sam yan area, next to the rama iv road, and just a short walk to hua lamphong mrt. it is also close to many famous shopping centers in siam, such as siam paragon and siam discovery. it is so great for a shopper like me! there are many famous restaurants where you can enjoy many excellent local foods without getting bored. this project is very modern with a simple design. my one-bedroom apartment is fully equipped with all functions and well designed space. the common area is very clean and well maintained. the staff is friendly, always helpful, and able to resolve a simple problem quickly. recommend!

방금 판매 갤러리를 방문하고 목업 룸을 보았습니다. 개인적으로 객실 유형과 시설에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 적당한 크기와 멋진 레이아웃을 갖춘 1베드룸 유닛에 관심이 있습니다. 가구는 고품질이며 합리적인 가격입니다. 정원, 수영장, 게임룸 등 다양한 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 솔직히, 이 프로젝트는 걷기에는 꽤 멀다. 일상적인 교통 수단이거나 집에 늦게 귀가하는 경우에는 이에 대해 생각해야 합니다. 출퇴근 걱정 없어요. 지금까지 프로젝트는 아직 완료되지 않았습니다. 바라건대, 곧 일어날 것입니다.
