probably one of the best and private estate on the island, stunning properties designed by philippe starck and jean michel gathy. stunning and breathless sunrise or sunset from the sundeck of each villa. como resort is located in the compound with a nice spa and italian and thai restaurants

very beautiful! it's a villa just to open the door, and you will see the sea. the cape residences has a very spacious living area. the villa that i rented is 4 very spacious bedrooms, which can accommodate many residents, especially for large families that are very suitable. the villas are private and quiet. it is ideal for relaxation, with various interior decorations giving a feeling of relief because the project has been designed and decorated to match the sea atmosphere; it is impressive. those materials and furniture are beautiful and safe. the cape residences is easily accessed to a quiet beach as well. you can relax, sunbathe, and do great marine activities. what's special is the sunset view in the evening is so picturesque. thus, it is a villa worth the investment compared to seeing this gorgeous view every single day.

the villa is extremely spacious and overlooks a beautiful sea view. there are 5- bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, decorated in a modern style. the furniture looks luxurious. there is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils. i like the privacy and quiet atmosphere, suitable for spending time with family. the project has a small number of units, so the entire area wasn't busy. travel is also conveniently near phuket airport within 30 minutes drive. and 10 minutes by car, you will find a local community with shops, variety of restaurants. the project safety is reliable, giving me huge peace of mind.

a special resting place is located on cape yamu, quiet and near tha la beach, but it isn't easy to find a shop in this area. if asked about the facilities in the project it is complete, from a swimming pool, jacuzzis, tennis courts, golf courses, clubhouses, and highly skilled receptionists. my family and i stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with a well-furnished interior. with excellent maintenance, even after a long-established project. most of the neighbors are europeans that are good-natured, not chaotic at all.

나와 내 가족을 위한 특별한 여행지. 정말 훌륭해요! 분위기는 조용하고 프라이빗하여 편안한 시간을 보내기에 적합합니다. 이 넓은 빌라는 침실 2개와 전용 수영장을 갖추고 있습니다. 내부는 깨끗하고 고급 가구들로 가득 차 있습니다. 게다가 직원들은 친절하고 협조적입니다. 대형 공용 수영장과 레스토랑도 있습니다. 여행하기는 쉽지만 여기저기 돌아다니기도 쉽기 때문에 렌트카를 추천합니다. 그리고 유명한 골프장에서도 멀지 않습니다. 파통 해변까지 30분이면 가실 수 있습니다.
