The Pattaya-based Tulip Group is a developer of luxury resort hotels and condominiums that was founded in 2002 by Israeli property investor Kobi Elbaz. It has set a stylish new pace for Thailand’s Eastern seaboard with the commencement of three major projects in Pattaya – the first two in partnership with the massive Centara Group and one with Park Plaza Hotels Europe.
