For the investment in property development business, the Company focuses on quick short-term return on investment and chooses to develop the properties that are located in prime locations, close to the convenient mass rapid transportations (BTS and MRT), and also with variety of facilities are located nearby such as the Trendy Condominium and Hyde Sukhumvit, the high-end residential Project located at the entrance of Sukhumvit Soi 13.
