나는 별장으로 여기에서 가구가 완비된 침실 4개를 구입하기로 결정했습니다. 주된 이유는 차로 단 5분 거리에 있는 카말라 해변과 가깝기 때문입니다. 입주 준비가 완료되었습니다. 거실은 반야외 스타일로 결정되어 있으며, 낮에는 휴식을 취할 수 있는 작은 수영장이 있습니다. 우리 집이 호숫가에 있어서 주변 분위기가 유난히 편안해요. 무엇보다 가격이 다른 지역에 비해 저렴하다는 점.
투자할만한 가치가 있습니다!
조용한 지역으로 평가받는 카말라에 있어서 이 프로젝트가 정말 마음에 듭니다. 주변에는 상점, 레스토랑, 시장 등 다양한 시설이 있습니다. 이 프로젝트는 Kamala 해변, Phuket Fantasea와 가깝습니다. 또한, 빠통 해변까지는 차로 15분 미만이 소요됩니다. 프로젝트의 분위기는 호수와 산의 전망으로 그늘져 있습니다. 타운하우스는 4층으로 구성되어 있습니다. 사용 가능한 면적이 넓어 대가족이 거주하거나 사무실로 임대하기에 적합합니다. 실내 욕실을 갖춘 침실이 3개 있습니다. 건축에 사용된 재료는 내구성이 좋아 보입니다. 게다가 경비원의 철저한 감독도 이뤄지고 있다. 그리고 가장 중요한 것은 가격이 저렴하다는 것입니다. 투자할만한 가치가 있다고 확신합니다!
