This lady architect was graduated from Chulalongkorn University, the first University of Thailand. During her university’s entrance examination, she got the highest score for architectural skill test among the whole country. She gained the Master Degree on Finance from the International University of Japan (IUJ). In the last 20 years, she had visit almost all the continents of the world where she gained new architectural knowledge. Therefore, she can design all kinds of villa types and make client’s dream house come true.

In Thailand, he worked as successful Sales and Marketing Manager. After 6 months learning, he set up his first Real estate company and sold plenty of properties.
In Spain, he was mainly working with and for big investors, who were looking for giant Real estate investments such as big and small hotels, industry plots, residential plots, commercial plots and touristic plots.

Khun Tom will mainly take care of sales, rentals, marketing, property management and general management. 우리는 이지 빌라 2에서 5년 동안 살았고 부부로서 그곳에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 소유자는 친절하고 필요한 모든 요구 사항이나 수리에 응답합니다. 빌라는 현대적이며 수영장이 있는 조용하고 전용 정원이 있어 더없이 행복합니다. 빌라는 푸켓 북부의 인기 지역에 위치해 있어 해변, 레스토랑, 상점까지 차로 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 경비원과 이웃도 친절하고 도움이 됩니다.

마을은 잘 설계되었으며 가격 대비 가치가 있습니다.

위치와 교통에 대해 말할 때 나에게는 괜찮은 것으로 간주됩니다. 여행은 어렵지 않고 어디든 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 암튼 저녁에 차가 막혀서 별로 맘에 안들어요. 마을은 프로젝트 간판이 크고 잘 보여서 입구부터 잘 설계되어 있습니다. 입구는 매우 어둡습니다. 집은 크게 설계되었습니다. 좋아! 부분적으로 가구가 비치된 침실 3개짜리 집입니다. 수영장은 그다지 크지 않고 정원은 작습니다. 소가족에게 잘 어울릴 것 같아요. 물이 부족하거나 정전되는 문제는 거의 없습니다. 여기의 유틸리티는 훌륭합니다. 전반적으로 가격 대비 가치가 있습니다.
